I own a level three adult foster care home, licensed by Washington County. We are Located off Farmington Rd in Beaverton. I accept both private pay, and medicaid eligible residents.<br> <br> I have 21 years worth of experience caring for the frail, elderly and mentally ill people, including 8 years in Germany.<br> <br> I provide high quality, loving care with home cooked, tasty meals, age appropriate activities of daily living. We also have a covered deck and also room for gardening in the backyard.<br> <br> A nurse practitioner is available onsite within 24 hours. I will accept male and female residents. I must have a personal interview with any prospective resident before accepting any resident.<br> <br> My home has two full bathrooms that are shared with others.
