The campus is dedicated to enriching and maximizing the well being of each resident. The personal relationship we develop with each resident helps us to provide just the right attention and care while encouraging our residents to be as independent as they can.
Addington Place offers person centered care provided is small neighborhoods of just twenty residents which allow us to give more individualized attention to each person. All of our neighborhoods offer three home-cooked meals per day, housekeeping, laundry and supportive social interactions as well as our great Life Enrichment Program.
Through the use of our specialized neighborhoods Addington Place is able to provide a continuum of care for our residents. Our neighborhoods are able to help those with very few physical needs to those who are benefit from a significant amount of hands on care. The community also includes two specialized memory care units for those experiencing dementia.
