Our loved one has since passed away, but the Elmcroft community was nice and very clean. The friendliness of the staff members was the biggest thing that stood out to us, and we would recommend this community to others.

I feel the staff has been attentive to my dad. He needs extra help getting around, using the restroom, showering and dressing. The nurses have shown concern for my dad's health. When they notice a change in his behavior they try to discover the reason. Of course Dad wishes he could still be living at his home, but he realizes Willow Grove is the best place for him at this stage in his life.

We chose Brookdale Conway because we were impressed with the staff members when we went for our tour. The room sizes here are bigger than we thought they were going to be. Woodland Heights is a really nice place. The staff were extremely friendly and the facility itself was pretty. The downfall for us was that the rooms are just one single room which we felt our loved one may feel trapped and would not like that. But overall I think this facility is a great choice and we would not have hesitated to put him here.
