The first give nights were rough! But after wards with the new mattress it was fine. Good food. Nice staff.

I could not be more pleased with my mom's experience at Mercy Circle. The nurses and the CNS's were friendly, patient, and very attentive. The meals were always served hot, and the food was very good.

Poor communication toward the end

Excellent care and full attention to my stay at your 1st class facility. Your staff was outstanding in taking care of my needs, and for that I will be totally grateful. Thanks, again, for fine care and attention.

Mercy Circle is the BEST thing to happen to this community - regular Mass & Holy Communion - staff polite, kind, professional - food is great! bed comfortable "real" light calls answered very quickly - I recommend it to everyone - couldn't be better & therapy great - I would love to be back!

I was post hosp. admit after parainfluenza and pneumonia. I felt comfortable and cared for. All staff were professional and educated, all did their job and did them well. Everyone was kind and friendly. I'm leaving & feel great.

I have lived here for about 7 1/2 months and I love living here. I live in a Studio and it is perfect for me. I had to go for chemo for the first 4 months I was here and later had a lung lobe resection and the staff and management were always asking how I was and if I needed anything to just ask. It is kept very clean. I have made Friends with staff and residents. I would recommend Maryhaven.

We couldn’t have made a better decision. The staff is awesome and the community is so well kept and clean. My Mom has made so many new friends and keeps busy with all of the great activities. My Mom is very happy at St. Paul's, she wishes she would have moved in years ago.

St. Paul's has a great atmosphere. The staff treat all residents with dignity and respect. There are always great activities happening. There is a great sense of community. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Love seeing the wildlife walk thru the facility grounds.

Casual, fun atmosphere vs Formal which is perfect for my mom. Little store/café is sweet. Beautiful but not "stuffy". We loved it right away. I would recommend Bellbrook to others looking.

Everything was excellent. Starting with the check-in everything went smoothly and well organized. Food was very good as was the therapy program. The therapists were friendly and knowledgeable and patient. The kitchen staff did a great job w/ preparing and serving food.

I am incredibly pleased with my mother's time at Mercy Circle. The physical and occupational therapists were outstanding, and she made significant progress under their care. The floor nurses and attendants showed exceptional kindness and compassion. Her dining experience was superb; the wait staff was attentive, and she particularly enjoyed the soup. I want to express my gratitude to the social workers who facilitated her transfer and admission, making the discharge process incredibly smooth.

I really enjoying this. I was unable to be more joyful with my moms experience at Mercy Circle. Her physical and word related specialists were first rate and she made considerable progress. The floor medical caretakers and specialists were exceptionally mindful and merciful. Her feasting experience was astounding, the team of waiters was exceptionally mindful, and she particularly cherished the soup. At long last allowed me to express gratefulness to the social laborer who were so useful getting her moved and conceded, and furthermore made the release cycle consistent.

Our family had an in person tour with Woodland Village and it was a really nice overall tour experience, it was our favorite out of the communities we had toured.
