The Portland staff is unmatched in their professionalism and ability to help families in hard times.

I really appreciate layout of the community. They have separate cottages under one root that allows a resident to be matched with the care setting that best meet their needs, which is not all that common in the industry. I also have the greatest respect for the calm and professional manner of the staff and caregivers. Pacifica is not afraid to take residents challenging behavior.

[Name removed] the receptionist spent a long time talking to me encouraging me when I was stressed out with family issues regarding [name removed]. She really made things better by listening and caring. [Name removed], once again came and hugged me and listened to me when i was crying and stressed with family issues regarding [name removed]. Thank you [name removed]. This is the best care our family has received here from everyone at Pacifica!

Loved that you had tubs, filled with items to do for Residents.

[name removed] in cottage 8 continues to work extra hard to deal with all of my mother in law's [name removed] changing needs. She knows how to watch for details and cares for residents as well as the families.

Cottage 8 [name removed] she strives to communicate well with family and be compassionate as Earla needs are ever changing.

[name removed] Resident Services Director once again, always able to update us in detail with [name removed] care even if she is walking by on the way to deal with something else. Very friendly, helpful and a life saver to us!

[Name removed] in cottage 8 has been super kind and friendly and patient with my mother in law. Even though [name removed] has been very combative. She is very kind and friendly to relate with and she care about the residents.

Wonderful people in person and on the phone.

All the staff here are great. The shining star who stands out is [name removed]. She takes loving care of my wife in cottage 8.
