Phoebe Ministries

My loved one had a good experience at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. He was there for physical therapy which he did really well with. There really isn't anything I can mention that they can improve. The only thing that gave me trouble was the visitor check-in/check out system but I think that was just me having to learn it. The staff, who were all very friendly, helped me with it. It was funny. I would definitely recommend Phoebe to a friend.

They are wonderful!

It's good. It is clean, nice, and comfortable. Everyone is nice.

I thought they were wonderful! The room was a little dark but it was fine. It was a hundred times cleaner than the hospital. They accommodated with the food and a special and standard menu.

I have tasted the food! For institutional food, it's very good. My loved one loves their desserts! Whenever she has any issues, they call me immediately! The nurses and caseworkers are good! They try and get them to do a lot of things with the residents. They're trying very hard to do a tough job!

The therapist calls to say my aunt is doing well. She is happy. Everybody is really wonderful! The food was cold earlier, but it is hot now.

The staff has been great and the therapy is very good.

Their staff is very respectful and great with their patients.

They always help. The therapy department there is excellent!

We are very satisfied with Phoebe. My husband is making progress here at Phoebe. He is now taking steps on his own. Every time we have used Phoebe we have been extremely satisfied. The staff is bending over to do everything they can do for him. The actual facility is very convenient. He tells me these therapists are working hard. I turn my light on and someone comes right away. He is fortunate to be here!

The experience with Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center has gone well so far. We are pleased. I would recommend them!

The nurses are great, they are answering all of my loved one's questions. Her rehab is going well, and they are getting her up and moving.
