Good Place to Live

I like it here. I enjoy the friendliness of both the staff and the residents. My apartment is very nice and very comfortable. They offer a very good cross section of activities to choose from. Really the only issue is the food is not so good. They serve a lot of processed food that is pre-prepared and then they just reheat it.

A great place to translation from a home to a senior living facility

Our first impression was just how nice the community is overall, our loved one apartment is very nice with granite counter tops, full kitchen and a washer and dryer inside the unity. There are also a lot of activities for the residents to take part in.

Parc is excellent but beware of the food services

We don't really use the care services provided at Parc community. My mom moved right before COVID so she wasn't able to participate in any of the activities. The only complaint my mom has with this place is the food. It is not good, they have terrible portion sizes as well as little to no variety to choose from. The times they serve the food at are also not what they originally advertised when we were looking at this community. One of the reasons we chose this community was the room sizes. They are excellent. Also the staff is super friendly she really appreciates how friendly everyone at Parc is. During COVID the staff has tried their best to make life bearable while still being on lock down.

A little pricey. [name removed] indicated it started around $4400-4600 for a one bedroom. Also seems to be a much older population (majority are in their mid 80s) with only a couple people in their 70s

New facility; bright, beautiful common areas; attractive meal plan; swimming pool is not enclosed; parking is not fully enclosed and requires exposure to weather to go to and from car; a ways out of town.

Has A Pool

We toured this community and found that it had far too many amenities that my parents would not be interested in. The community has a pool and other activities that my parents are just past being interested in. The food was very good when he had lunch during the tour. The staff seemed to be friendly.

I met with Tony Gimbrone. It was a very informative tour. It is a beautiful and well maintained facility. They offered many amenities. Everyone was extremely friendly. The studio that I was shown was actually quite large. Tony answered all my concerns and went above & beyond being accommodating. But room did not come furnished. That is a concern as we could not access his furniture due to the disaster at his previous facility.

We had a very informative tour with Robin who showed us the amenities but was unable to show us any of the apartments. After a superb lunch, Sid Howard in Marketing came by our table and said he would be glad to show us an apartment when we were ready. There are 170 apartments and most of them are filled including one for hospitality. We were given a brochure containing the details of living there but no one discussed any of that with us. The residents we met were very friendly and it seemed to be a very pleasant place to live. Lunch was a very pleasant experience with great service.
