Novel Place is an Independent Senior Living Community Committed to happiness and well-being. It is a very warn, loving and caring Community exactly What we want in a senior living environment. The Staff is our #l asset beginning with the administrator right down the line to Culinary, Maintenance, housekeeping, and chauffeur. All of these people genuinely Care for us in the most loving and caring way. It's Clean, new and provides many activities, events, tours for us. The social aspect is excellent Culinary provides Chief prepared meals!

Novel Place is great, you cant make a better choice. Living here is like living with family, everybody, staff, and residents. We all help each other out.

I definitely find the staff friendly, helpful, and caring. The dining area is attractive and the food is very good and nicely presented. I have not used the transportation service, but appreciate that it is available. I feel Novel Place is a good value with many amenities. This is surely a new lifestyle for me, and I'm finding this a "happy place", and I'm feeling more at home each day.

Building less than 2 years old, is attractive and well maintained. Apartments - good layout and choice - studio to 2 bedroom. Beautiful bathroom, washer/dryer closet area. Staff - friendly and helpful and pitch in to help one another when needed. Van rides for medical and dental appointments and outings. Driven attentive and good. Activities - activity director is very imaginative - almost every hour on week days something is happening. Exercise every day in various forms. Food is good to very good. Cook seems to please. Library is pleasant with a book club.

Wonderful place. Well managed. Food is almost all great. Help is friendly. I previously stayed at [facility name removed]. They had 3 meals every day, but menu was undesirable. Rent was much higher and management was a joke! Here I have a studio and rent is $[removed] less. Go Novel Place. Post office says our address is [removed], Novel's front window says it is [removed]. Please consider changing front window.

The overall experience, the cleanliness of the community have been good. The friendliness of the staff members are excellent. The activities that are offered and the value for cost has also been good. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend Novel Place Blue Springs to other families!

Being a resident at Novel was like going on vacation. We had meals that was prepared for us by the best cooks. Our place was always clean and the staff was so polite. I can t say enough good things about them. Wonderful ! You can join in numerous activities or go on a day trip to different places in the city. I particularly enjoyed lunch out with the group. Personally I felt really safe living there. It is so close to everything. Grocery store , banks. Novel Place is a great place to live your next adventure.

We toured with Novel Place and i liked this facility. The reason we did not choose them was because the location was just not the best fit for my loved one. It is in too busy of an area.
