Fantastic care, interview from [name removed] was extremely helpful looking forward to my wife living here.

We have both been so impressed with the staff we have met at the hearth while deciding on a new living facility! [name removed] has been so pleasant and very informative. She is a very n ice person. [name removed] (in the dining room) made us feel so welcome. [name removed] shared very valuable information about the hearth.

They were so helpful. The community is very clean and my uncle is looking forward to moving. The process was made easy as they walked through each step with us.

I will be moving to the Hearth at Southbury. The people there have been very helpful and have taken the time to meet with me and explain everything. I am looking forward to the the help that will be able to provide to me. I know I will feel safe at the hearth.

I enjoy everything, great food, lots going on all the time, great location so I can go for walks outside, I feel safe and most of all everyone is so friendly.

We love it! Mom was joining in activities the day we came to sign her lease. We were welcomed with such hospitality from everyone. We know mom is going to be safe and live a social life at The Hearth At Southbury .

We needed to move mom quickly and had heard from our attorney and people in town that The Hearth At Southbury was a special place; and boy were they right [Removed] were so helpful we are looking forward to mom’s move.

We were pleasantly surprised. The building is older but the interior is light, airy and well maintained. [Removed] was very personable. He never rushed us through, answered all of our questions and concerns and introduced us to staff and residents.

The grounds are beautiful. The memory care has a private enclosed garden and they are growing tomatoes currently. The garden has a table and chairs for the residents to sit. The unit is set up as a circle so the residents are always able to get back to their room. They offer daily activities. The caregivers are taking good care of mom and I would recommend this community.

I looked at several communities and felt The Hearth at Southbury felt like home from the moment I walked in the front door. [Removed] was the most informative of all the people we met with and seemed so sincere. The other residents all were friendly and a few invited me to see their homes. I am looking forward to moving to my new home.

I like that there are things going on all the time and I can socialize with others. The food is very good. I’m happy living here at The Hearth at Southbury.

Fabulous place!

When you walk into the lobby you are greeted very nicely. They offer many different activities all day long. They seem to engage the residents to participate In the activities. The dining area is kept very clean.The staff smile and appear very friendly and courteous! I asked to see an apt. there.It is very bright inside and kept immaculately!The apt I had seen had a kitchen,living room,bedroom and full bath. The residents that I got to see and speak with appeared to be very alert and friendly with one another. I truly liked what I had seen in all aspects. Very cheerful environment for elderly people that should not be living alone in old age. They are too lonely living alone! I recommend this assisted living facility highly. I am a caregiver.I only went there to visit an old friend/neighbor! [Removed]

We toured this community when looking for my mother-in-law. It was a nice community but overall it wasn't a good fit for my love done.

Beautiful community and very friendly environment.I look forward to my mother.living out her elder years here knowing she has everything.She needs right here.This brings great peace of mind to myself and the rest of her family

COZY & INVITING-ASST/INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITY.IT HAS EVERYTHING MY MOTHER WILL NEED TO LEAD &SAFE,COMFORTABLE LIFE FEELS LIKE A NICE CRUISE SHIP WITH ALL THE AMENITIES.RESIDENTS SEEM HAPPY & ACTIVE.STAFF IS SO HELPFUL & NICE.I'M EXCITED FOR MOM TO LIVE THERE

The staff that comes in and takes care of my loved one is awesome. They are a delight and wonderful with my loved one. They take care of everything and they do extra if needed. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I recently toured this facility for my loved one. I was taken to the 'memory care' by Pat. She was very helpful and so kind. I have been to many other facilities and this, by far, is the most home like environment I could hope for. I was introduced to Karen the 'memory care director' and was impressed with her caring attitude and understanding of my situation. The staff were all very friendly and seemed to interact with the people. I really liked the fact that all the people were dressed nicely and seemed to be enjoying themselves. I am definitely considering Bella Terra's 'memory care'.
