My family and I cannot say enough about Tapastry. [Name removed] and the entire staff are absolute angels. Deciding to put my mom in an assisted living facility was one of the hardest things we had to do… But not only do we realize we made the right choice, we are forever grateful for their loving care, support, encouragement and flexibility. It is not a “one-size-fits-all“ approach. They truly learn so much, so quickly what is best for our mom and all of the residence. There have been several occasions where Mackenzie has not just done her job, but she has gone so above and beyond what we could’ve ever imagined with her professionalism, support and genuine concern for our mom. This is a special place with so many special people.

Very friendly staff they all appear to care about the people they are taking care of. Residents seem to be very happy.

Tapestry is such a clean and impressive community. The studio apartments are spacious and I love that they have a kitchenette. I stayed for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to discover that the dining room is open from sunrise to sunset. I can eat my meals at any time. The staff in the dining room are true restaurant servers and I ordered what I felt like off of the menu. I cannot wait to move my mom in next month.

We toured Tapestry Senior Living Lakeshore, and it was a good tour. The building is a renovated hotel. They let us know that they would be closing, renovating or doing something like that in the near future. We chose another community because of that, and also because they were expensive.

The cost of Tapestry is in line with other nursing homes i looked at for my mother. The difference is the place is really beautiful and clean. It looked more like a resort than a nursing home. Before i was shut out because of the corona virus, I got to know some of the staff and the seem like they are really kind hearted people. I was there a couple time during mealtime and it looked better than what i just had at home (catch of the day roast beef etc) Most importantly my mother likes the caregivers one her floor

Tapestry Lakeshore has been a God send for my family. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my Mom is comfortable & happy. The Director of Sales and Marketing, [name removed], is phenomenal.

As far as activities, Tapestry needs to respond better to those with special needs, such as hard of hearing (which is common in the Senior Living Community). For instance, Bingo is held without a bingo board (to display numbers called for those hard of hearing). The rent is rather high but the facility & care givers & staff are top notch. Dining is a bit bland & uninventive. Not a lot to choose from for those who don't eat red meat or chicken. This needs improvement. Many fun activities & usually scheduled daily. My mom really likes it there. I wish she'd participate in activities more often but that's no fault of the facility. She does not eat much red meat & no chicken so meals are sometimes unattractive to her. She can't eat perogie or pizza every day without tiring of it!

We toured with Tapestry Senior Living Lakeshore and it was clean, but the sales staff seemed smarmy. They kept calling it a resort vacation living experience which was super cringy. They did have a decent outdoor area.

I toured this community and liked it. The set up is different than others that I toured. They have a place for residents to walk their dogs. The staff seemed to be genuine and to really care about the residents here.

We had a nice tour, and I thought it was a very nice place. It just wasn’t quite what we were looking for. The rooms were small (because the building is a converted hotel). And our our loved one would have had to go up and down elevators and walk a distance to get to meals. It just wasn't the right fit.

The interaction with the staff has been good. We picked this community because of the care, everything is one price. It does not matter how much care is needed, it's the same price. Overall, it's a very good facility. I would recommend to other families.

We had a pretty nice tour with Tapestry Senior Living Lakeshore. The thing that I did not like was the fact that the facility is a converted hotel. With that comes smaller room sizes and narrow hallways. The outside area was not very appealing either.

It's a very good place to have a loved one. There is a sense of relief that I know someone is there, should she need anything. They 6 plus floors. They bring therapy animals in for the residents. They provide socials, crafts, bingo, exercise class, go for walks in the gardens, etc. Housekeeping comes once a week. They offer transportation to appointments or store if needed and sign up.

We toured with Tapestry Senior Living and the facility was absolutely beautiful. This was our second choice. The only downfall for us was it was very large so we were scared our loved one may get lost. We were looking for something a little smaller.

The community is new, clean, and beautiful. The communication between the staff and the family is excellent. I would recommend this community to others

The staff is just wonderful, they work hard to make the family happy and the resident as well. The rooms are wonderful and are everything they need. The food smells good and my mother-in-law says it's good. I would recommend this community to others
