Residents were clean, dressed nicely, and appeared happy/comfortable in their home.

The staff and administrator are so pleasant and nice to my aunt and myself. The place is well kept and they have such a dynamic team.

Our family is so grateful for the care she (my mother-in-law) is getting. [name removed] is always willing to do whatever is needed to ensure mom is taken care of. She has such a positive attitude!

I think the ladies here have a true heart for those they care for. It has been a very pleasant experience for me. I so appreciate everyone here tries daily to make us comfortable.

My Mom had been a resident of Heritage House since [date removed] until she passed on [date removed] from advanced Alzheimer's. 'Heritage House was ‘Home’. It’s difficult to express in words how grateful I am to [name removed]and her amazing Staff for the care she received. Sure…..she had 3 nutritious meals a day. Her laundry was done for her and her bedroom was lovely. But Heritage House is so much more than that. I live out of State, so it was especially important for me to have a personal relationship with the Staff at HH. [name removed] could make my Mom laugh! Even on my Mom’s worst days, [name removed] would hug her and hold her hands and make her laugh. [name removed] could make my Mom smile! My Mother lived her remaining years in an incredibly beautiful, loving environment, and I will be eternally grateful to [name removed] and her Staff. From the bottom of my heart, forever grateful, Thank you.

This has been my home for 7 years. Its great here because it not so big where I will get lost and its also not to small. This is a family like environment. We have an amazing Executive Director and caring loving staff. All of us here love the activities entertainment and food. The food is amazing. We have a lot of fun things to do here. I don't plan on ever moving out!!!

They are working on improvements right now and updating things inside the community which is great. The business office, sales office and nursing staff have been wonderful to our mom and they are trying really hard to get our father over there with her so we have nothing but praises to give them. It is not a complaint and we totally understand it happens but on the weekends with the front doors being locked, sometimes it takes awhile for someone to answer. The meals and dining service is about average but overall it is just a great place.

Savannah Court is always clean, smells good and the staff is awesome, from [name removed] on down. My brother is very happy and well take care of. We love this place.

Our community is small and we know everyone. It is home - and the food is great.

Savannah Court is a good home for seniors. We have fun and I have my own apartment. I can come and go as I want. They cook. It is a good deal.

Very resident oriented. Excellent staff, communication is next level. Building is well maintained and always smells fresh. A lot of things for residents to do if they choose. Great place overall.

My mother really liked this community right off the bat, the friendliness of the staff and overall cleanliness of the place really stood out to us. We would recommend the Savannah Court of Lake Wales to others.
