I am pleased with the services received.

I think this facility is very good and that they do a really good job here. The one thing that I really like is that it's a smaller community, which I feel makes it more family friendly. The staff is great, they go out of their way to be accommodating. When we walk in, everyone knows who my mom is and knows her by name. When I pick mom up, she's always in a great mood and has made new friends. Communication with the family is very good. The activities have been great, however, the Activities Director recently left and they're working on hiring a new one. She played a big part in the day to day for the residents, especially with keeping them active and engaged. So hopefully they find a new one soon. The only suggestion I would offer is to maybe have a bi-weekly or monthly newsletter to keep families updated and informed. That would be a great and helpful thing to have. But overall, we're very happy with this facility and my mom is given excellent care here. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I decided to go to live in an ALF due to recent physical and milf memory loss, while lving alone in my beautiful condo. I choose Heritage House because it's a small family oriented ALF o manicured lawn with shady trees in beautiful Clearwater, Florida 33764. This is a small family oriented ALF where I had visited a friend in the recent past..snd thought this was a place that I would like to move into if I needed to do so. Well, I moved in quite recently and am so happy that I did. The management is excellent and they have a wonderful caring staff, the environment is clean and peaceful. The food is good and l, they cater to our individual needs and requests. I would certainly recommend Heritage House,[removed]. to anyone who needs a nice ALF to relocate to or for a loved elderly family member or friend!

Regency Park ALF is under new management and a lot of exciting things are happening. You should stop by to see for yourself the changes that have already been made and to hear about what is planned for 2023. NEW MANAGEMENT, NEW IDEAS AND A NEW BEGINNING FOR 2023.

my mom lives here and the staff are wonderful, helpful and go above and beyond when caring for her. Everyone from the management team to the housekeepers are very polite.

The staff is great, the receptionist answered all of my questions. I love the fact that there is a nurse on call 24/7. The HR manager is very helpful, the BOM is there when I need money, and the administrator is very nice.

When moving my dad into Bedrock Care at Southern Life the director [name removed] keeps us informed about our dad. [name removed] is so sweet, the maintenance director [name removed] is so helpful with putting big items together always has a smile.

They get all 5 stars. I was very pleased with Regency Park. Staff is very friendly, food portions were huge. They answered any and all questions I had when I called. Very caring place!! Would highly recommend to others.

This place is large enough to be comfortable and small enough that you will never get lost. Everyone is like family in this facilty. The communication is amazing. All the residents are always happy with smiles on there face.
