During this very difficult time in our lives with parents who need care we are so glad that we were able to find Home Well. They have been fantastic in helping with the transition to home care. We have never had to deal with this type of event before and needed a lot of help and guidance in our journey. [Removed] has been so kind and helpful with so many things and takes the lead when asked to help us get things done. He has such a love and gentle spirit in working with senior that put our family at ease an we are able to work with trust in Home Well and the services that they provide. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for help with their loved ones needing home care and all the services that Home Well provides. They are hands on and reliable as well as providing excellent service. Thank you so much !

We are very happy with [Removed], the person from HomeWell. From the beginning, my loved one felt comfortable with him. He met with at her home as soon as she was discharged from rehab and brought matters to attention to be fixed at her home. Then he brought in caregivers, the first person was okay but didn't work out so he immediately brought in a second person. We couldn't be happier with her, she does cleaning and meals. She comes in the late afternoon and evening. Overall very pleased with this company.

[Removed], owner of Home Well is very good. I appreciate he is in constant communication and is available anytime I need to talk to him. The caretakers have been very kind and helpful and my husband (stroke patient) seems to be happy and looks forward to their visits. First primary goal of hiring Home Well was to get Mark wanting to exercise and we met that in the first couple of weeks of care. Looking forward to seeing what other areas we can improve Mark's quality of life with the assistance and guidance of [Removed] and his employees.

I'm only rating Michael at this point. He was very friendly on the phone and met with us in our home within a couple of hours. Very informative, and we felt very comfortable with him and chose them without looking at other sites.

The person they have been sending is working quite well. She gets along well with my loved one. She is reliable and consistent. We have been pleased with the service.

Michael [removed] is so very awesome to work with. He found just the right companion for my mom and they are getting along perfectly. Having an organization that truly cares about my mom is just such a relief. I would recommend Home Well in Mesa 100%.

We have had no problems at all. It's been working very well so far.

So far so good. I do not have any problems or complaints with Homewell. The staff is friendly and professional and we hope that that will be ongoing.

Homewell Senior Care really did a great job when we used them. We are not using them at the present time simply because we have a relative living with my mother so their services are not currently needed, but when they were needed they were excellent.

This is a great in-home company. The workers are always excited to come in and help out my mom. There considerate about being in someone else home. They know what their doing and always has a smile and try to brighten up the day if she is down. Its a great feeling seeing them laugh and be in a better mood. If there is any concern then they come to me. Its definitely a great price.

Home well works with the client to match their staff with the clients needs and interests. They are always reliable and responsive.

The staff would be a six! They’re very good. Everything is very good. They’re a very good value for the money. The staff is really fantastic.

They were great! She was a great caregiver. I found her to be knowledgeable and more importantly seeking new strategies to support my husband's cognitive decline. Unfortunately, I decided to close the process because I found he could only attend for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. However, if I need further srvice, I know I can rely on them to provide support. Great people! [Name removed] and his team have done a great job of caring for my parents. It started with a comprehensive review of my Dad by the Homewell nurse, followed by assigning very good caregivers to work in their home. [Name removed] is always available to help his caregivers if there was a health issue with my parents and he does a great job of working to make sure the caregivers and my parents are a good combination.

My loved one's experience with HomeWell went great! I really liked them. The staff was outstanding! They kept everything clean and gave my loved one the level of care that he needed. Though we found the service to be a little expensive, the service was great!

The caregivers that came out to the rehabilitation center to work with dad were nice and responsive. They worked well with the staff at the center. They were there to help with some personnel needs and to help watch him during the night. They made setting up the service easy and even had someone there the same night.

We didn't have any problems with Homewell Senior Care. We liked the first girl they sent out, she worked out really well. Eventually we needed more than just home care, but they did a good job.

For us, the billing and online payment and proof of payment for insurance reimbursement are easy and efficient. If for some reason they can't fill a time slot, managers step-in to provide the service.
