I liked the fact that all residents were treated with respect and they were all loved like family. The aspect that I like least is the amount we had to pay every month. The elderly worked hard for their money all their lives, and to have to give it all to a facility for care is so ridiculous. But then again, any facility you go to charges a ridiculous amount for care. I don't know what the solution would be. The Gabkes in Shelley is a 16-bed facility only for memory care residents. The other facilities that I looked at are for both memory care and assisted living and the memory care unit is locked down while the assisted units are not.

I would say overall 5 staff wonderful my Dad gets bored I know they have activities but he needs a little push . To get out . We are so grateful for The Gables Assisted Living and Memory Care community and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

I appreciated the staff at blackfoot Gables. They are so kind and helpfull. The food is very good and the rooms are spacious and homey. Thank you All at the Gables. You make life for my sister better

They care about the patients and us as family. It is small and comfortable! And secure!The staff was very friendly, it was close to my home and I had an overwhelming feeling it was the right place for my husband!

It's a nice place. We picked this community because, there wasn't any other places that that had a open room. I would recommend to others. It's a very nice place but the price is hard for people to afford.

My mom is very happy at The Gables in Shelley, Idaho. [name removed], the manager, makes sure I receive pictures of my mom from time to time, which makes the guilt go away. I couldn't have found a better facility than The Gables in Shelley. Based on the experience we have had so far we would definitely recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

What we really like about The Gables Assisted Living is the location, it is conveniently close to our home. Our loved one was not able to participate but I looked at the calendar and noticed they had bingo. I was hoping our loved one would have been able to at some point because she would have enjoyed it. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

We had a pleasant experience. The staff were wonderful and caring. Alexis, the administrator there, was very nice and compassionate, and wonderful to work with. It wasn't the right fit for my mom, but they handled it very professionally and compassionately. I have nothing negative to say, and I highly recommend them.

[name removed] is fantastic and [name removed] is great. My mom says she hasn't met a single person that she's felt that their heart wasn't there to help her; and to me, that's everything. I think they do good job and aside from the staff being great; the community is always clean, and the people are always smiling and saying hello. In other communities you can tell that the staff don't want to be there. You can also tell when they're having a bad day because it's written all over their face. I haven't met anyone like that here and I have met everyone there, in both the assisted living and memory care. My mom had an accident recently where she fell, and they were giving me updates throughout the entire process. That's just where the are in terms of being genuine and great people.

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us. They also followed up with and made sure all our questions were answered.

The community is one of the best in our area. The staff is wonderful and they let me bring in my dog to visit. The community is smaller so there is more attention to the residents. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

My mother went directly into hospice when admitted. Care was excellent, professional, and very emphatic. All services were provided timely with explanation of the process. I only wish the family would have admitted Mom sooner for better care.

I thought they representative was very upbeat, personable, and great when giving us the tour. However we kept returning to a different community.

My dad comes to here 3 days a week. He is happy and it gives my mom a chance to do what she likes. My parents say very good things about The Gables of North Logan and I like what I see when I visit. They have exercise classes and a good library. He reads a lot from the library. I would recommend to those who are in need of a good facility.

My mother has been interacting with other residents during activities. I am happy that the staff encourages her to participate. The community is very clean. The meals are okay they could be a little better. It's a small community so my mother is able to receive that one on one attention she needs. I would recommend the community to friends and family.

When we put our parents in the center their needs varied from the greatest to the least. And they both have adjusted well and I feel like everything has been taken care of very professionally and with a lot of care and kindness. The Gables has such a homey feel. I think that's why my dad adjusted so well.

The staff really does their best, they're doing a good job taking care of my husband. The food is usually pretty good, sometimes they don't have what you ask for, but that's ok because a lot of people are different with what they want as far as what to eat.

This place was incredible. I would give them the highest rating. They were really, really amazing. I had no issues at all with The Gables.

I think Gables does as well or better than most assisted living facilities in northern Utah. Having checked other places I'm convinced the Gables is as good as others in the area including some who charge far more money.

The staff is very caring and tries to create a family type of feel at their facilities. They do struggle with turnover, but have some who have stuck with it and do a great job. I am glad we landed at the Gables.
