I would recommend them. I think they did a good job. They communicate well and have some really good care givers.

5 stars across the board, we really loved them all. The staff was knowledgeable on how to care for a person with beginning dementia and the supervisors were extremely accommodating when I needed caregiver and was not scheduled. My mom needed extra help and they found someone with in an hour or so to come to the house.

FirstLight Home Care is a fantastic company providing excellent care for my wife. I'm on a first name basis with the owner who I communicate directly for any needs. The regular caregiver, [name removed], is very patient and provides excellent care.

I would give friends a positive referral of first light. They helped with hospice for my loved one. The office staff was nice and polite to work with.

The responsive, flexible and supportive. They assisted us three days a week to support our loved one with dementia. They did medication distribution, light cleaning, and light cooking.

My parents LOVE their caregivers! After much convincing, they finally permitted my brothers and I to get them some additional assistance. Our family was in need of an aide very quickly and FirstLight made it happen. The caregivers they sent were wonderful and when someone called off for their shift the 24/7 service filled in the shift in a timely manner. My mother is not easy to work with and they did an excellent job encouraging and providing her shower, toileting and transferring her out of bed. We would recommend their service to anyone!

The agency was a pleasure to work with in setting up home care. I was very happy with the staff. They were very reliable, arrived on time, and were able to help me with all of my care needs. They were very courteous. The staff even went out of their way to help me get some exercise.

Accommodating to our needs.

We have used this service twice and each time it was great. The caregivers were very good and went above and beyond. They explained everything clearly when we first set up the service. We will use this service again. I would recommend this home care agency to family and friends.

It was a little rough in the beginning on my dad's part. He did not want anyone living with him but the personal aid does their best caring for him. Now he is adjusting well because we reduced hours to 4 a day. The services are fine and I like the personal aid contact. Everything has been pretty good.

The caregiver is extremely helpful around the home and the office staff couldn't be more reliable. They even have 24/7 contact service in case I need to call and make changes during the evenings.

They have gone above and beyond everything I could have asked for. They take her everywhere, and they are being good companions to them. When an emergency happened they were right there. They went with her to the hospital and even called someone else to stay with him. I could never have done all that from where I am.
