Like a lot of facilities, Burcham Hills had some trouble with their staffing levels. However one of the best things about this community was our loved ones room - it was wonderful with really big windows that brought in a lot of natural light. It was very enjoyable to be in as well as visit.
This facility is very nice and dad has settled in very well. He's even eating better now that he's here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Everything is great here. This is an outstanding facility, with high standards and beautiful luxury. When all aggregate cost are considered, this is a very reasonable arrangement. Here at Red Cedar Lodge, we have great food, fun, friends, and custom care as needed. This is a nice community and the people were friendly. My mom had a nice respite stay at this community. The rooms were a little smaller than at the recent community she stayed at. They do offer some nice activities.
