We chose Heritage Place because I thought they had a lot to offer and the staff here are great. The apartment sizes at the facility are really good. I think they could improve on the portion sizes, our loved one thinks that they are a little too small. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Everything with them has been excellent. They were very accommodating with our need for intermittent care to fill in some gaps. The owner would check on me every once in a while to make sure everything was good. No pressure, just a conversation where he would say, "Hey, are you doing okay? If you need us, let us know." Communication was very good. The caregivers were excellent. I think they're fairly priced, and I never had any problems with them.
