Review ofBrookdale Liverpool

From the moment I first walked into Brookdale, they put me at ease. I spoke to the head of sales, [name removed], and the administrator, [name removed]. They both really wanted to be sure I was happy and that I was comfortable that my father would be well taken care of. They couldn't have done more. Maintenance is so helpful. If you need something done, they might not be able to get to it right then, but they'll definitely come back to you. The staff are outstanding. The food looks good, is well presented, and is tailored to their clientele. I don't have anything negative to say. It's one of the best facilities I've ever been in.

We had a very nice tour. The rooms were nice, and the staff was nice overall (although not as nice as another place we looked at. At Park Terrace, basically anybody outside of tour just ignored us). But every single resident there was in a wheelchair or a walker. It was basically a higher level of care than what we looking for for Mom.

The folks here have been great. My mom settled in much better than I anticipated that she would. The facility itself is beautiful and it is perfect for her and what she needs. It is also close to family so we are able to visit on a regular basis. She is very comfortable and it has been a wonderful experience. I would recommend to them to others looking.
