The admissions crew gave off a great first impression, they were so friendly and really took the time to answer all of our questions. They were amazing, wonderful and so welcoming to our family. The staff members had a lot of patience with our loved one and really developed a personal relationship with our father. They were so kind to our family and when our father was passing they respected our wishes and really looked after us. We cannot say enough good things about the nurses and doctors there.

There is always something going on activity wise at the community. This is a good place for your loved one. It is safe secure and clean. I would recommend to go buy and check on it. We have had a few minor maintenance issues but they were fixed and did not take long for resolution.

The workers that I have had are very different some of them are better than the others and worth the charge while others are not. Some of them are not certified for the services and don't have the skills that would be expected for this position. They help keep my loved one company. The caregiver we have now will exercise with my mother and do memory exercises also.

We love them. They try really hard to fill the positions. I know everyone in the care industry is having problems with staffing right now, and they've had a hard time getting people as well. But they've done the best they can and do a great job. Our caregiver is excellent - one of the best. She's dependable and kind. The staff are all really good and really nice. When I call, they answer the phone and are on top of things. It's an excellent value, and I'd definitely recommend them.

They were excellent with the care of my mother. They went above and beyond, especially the owner of the company, who guided us all the way to the end. She helped out with hospice care and even helped plan the funeral for my loved one. She also helped me clean out my mother's home. So I want to give her a shout out. Her whole team did an excellent job for the last there months of my mother's life. They were very professional and compassionate. The owner had such expertise and guided us the whole way. Despite everything that's going on in the world, they've been so friendly. Their price is very reasonable, especially compared to others in the area. They gave us 24-hour care within our budget. So thumbs up to them, and I highly recommend them.
