I think it's a nice, small town community with people who live in the area. They're very friendly and small town and understanding. I would recommend it. My only criticism would be that originally they told us it was not a maid service, but once a week, they would do the bed linens and towels, mop the floors, dump the trash, etc. A week is a long time in between cleanings, especially when your loved one can't really do much of anything for themselves. I would say it was more messy than dirty, so it was fine overall. But they're very nice people, and seem to be very caring and understanding.

This has been a really good place for my loved one. I feel comfortable with her here. She's safe and seems to really enjoy it. She likes that she feels safe here also, and they're able to help with her medication. She says the food is outstanding. She doesn't' participate in a lot of the activities, but is happy to hang out with her group of friends.
