I have used Senior Helpers for a scheduled 3 hrs per visit, twice a week. We have been fortunate to have Mike after the first initial visit. He tries to engage my husband with Alzheimers of 9 years and that is not always an easy task. He is prompt, easy to talk to and seems to enjoy what he is doing.

Visiting Angels was able to provide care givers that live near by so they have proven to be dependable and reliable. They are experienced care givers that are able to handle high stress situations. They are also accommodating if care givers need to be changed they do not have an issue doing it.

They offer a variety of payment and billing options so it makes it convenient. Their check in procedures are really great, the care giver has to call their automated check in system from the residents phone and also has to use the residents phone when checking out. That really helps our family because we can check phone records and kind of keep track of the hours they are working. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.
