I do think like most faculties they were short staff. My mom did have quite a few falls while being there. She did end up in the hospital from one of the falls and then we had to move her into memory care so she could receive more care. At the time my mom was there they were going through new ownership. When I did my tour and signed the paperwork I was not made aware of the pending change. I was somewhat irritated about that. \nMy mother was there for only about 6 weeks before she passed away. The new owners took over just a few days before she passed. I do find it unusual that we did not receive a condolence card or even a call after her passing. With that being said I still have them fairly high scores. I think the CNA's gave her good care and there was a transition going on.
