Very Poor service

My parents were both in this community less than a month. My Dad passed away, we left the facility that night and never returned. This facility charged my Mom the single occupancy rate after my Dad passed away. She never set foot in that room again. In the planning of the funeral etc we as a family made great strides to clear everything from the room. My Mom was taken advantage of in being charged the higher rate that my Dad would have been paying if he lived. There was so much contention between the kitchen staff and the CNAs that many times my parents were not well cared for. I would not recommend this place to any of my family, friends or loved ones. We are glad that this is all behind us now and that my Mom and family can mourn our Dad and continue on in peace and honor his memory.

Looks are deceiving

This is a nice looking building but feels hallow and empty hotel inside. There are very few residents for the size of the building, and it lacks that warm, inviting and community feeling. The corporate level is now running this building, so it lacks the home like qualities that are so necessary and personal touches that are important. Unfortunately they lack consistency with their employees , which trickles down to instability and unfamiliarity for the residents living there. Honestly I wouldn’t send my loved one here, for these reasons and the fact that it seems that the bottom dollar is the priority here, not the residents.

Response from Spring Gardens Draper

Hi Tammy - we appreciate the feedback. Since you wrote this review, we actually hired a new member of our team named Sandie and she is FANTASTIC at warming up the building and the difference has been wonderful. We've also gained quite a few residents since February. We hope you get a chance to come by and visit again, you're always welcome!

Best Assisted Living Community in Utah

Spring Gardens of Draper is the most beautiful, welcoming Assisted Living I have ever visited. The staff are kind, patient, and caring to the residents and their families. They have many wonderful daily activities that help the residents cultivate friendships and develop talents. Spring Gardens also opens their doors to the local community for parties, concerts, and craft fairs. They have so much fun. I wish my dad could have lived here when he was in need of assisted living. My family and I love to volunteer at Spring Gardens of Draper. There is a wonderful feeling here. It feels like home.
