Very nice common areas and a variety of activities. The walking corridor with a view of nature is also very nice . The space is safe without feeling too confining .Reviewed on A Place For Mom
Do your homework - speak with the families of residents. It looks pretty - but what care is provided? Constantly have new staff - many of whom stand around until they are specifically asked to do something - no consistency. Care plans are not adhered to.....though mgmt is repeatedly reminded. You need to show up repeatedly to see what is going on and push to have things taken care of. Watch your loved one's belongings, they disappear.

We welcome all prospective residents and families to come to us with questions about choosing a community and are happy to refer you to current residents as you make a decision about what's best for you and your loved ones.
Have had a very good experience with a family member in the memory care unit at the Residences for well over a year. The staff are excellent, engaged, respectful and friendly to residents and their family and friends. They have made big efforts to provide appropriate activities and care for individuals with different needs, and adjust when their needs change. Most important, when we have had concerns, the administrators and staff have responded immediately, and have done their best to try to put changes into effect. Except for about a month when the food service changed, the food has been very good There are options for famiies to have meals in the memory care dining room, or in the main dining room. The common spaces are lovely with a lot of light, and the rooms are quite nice. No place is perfect, and not every place is appropriate for everyone, but we have been satisfied overall that we made a good choice.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
