Attention to detail and thoughtfulness is a key ingredient that makes The Residence at Oakridge a stand out and a wonderful place for people to live. Communication is good, but could use some work. Housekeeping does a fair job, my mom is pretty messy. Every 6 months, an assessment meeting took place between the staff and the client to assure that everyone was on the same page. Any problems were addressed and suggestions were given and taken.
