Very Happy with the Care
My mother was formerly in another community and hands down the care and the communication at The Pines is the BEST. The staff is loving and attentive to her needs and [name removed] the nurse stays on top of everything. The Pines is a brand new community and the food is amazing. My mom

What really stood out to us about The Pines was the overall cleanliness and how big the rooms are in the apartments.

Ethical concerns and caring capability concerns
A few notes of caution for those looking to place a loved one at The Pines at Bellaire- after choosing The Pines as a place of residence for my parents, we were informed The Pines could no longer safely care for my parents after them staying there for 3 months. If your loved one is placed on an upper level, be mindful of the stairs. I’d be weary of agreeing to the auto-deduction plan from your bank account. We were charged after the completion of our lease and are now 6 weeks into not receiving any information as to the status of the funds owed to us. I am concerned this business may not be ethical.

If your family member is independent it is okay
There is a lot of staff turn over and this community is pretty expensive. The rooms are not always clean. The staff are also not very attentive to the residents and what all is happening. There is also a lot of members of the Asian community in this facility.
