AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We were searching for an assisted living facility for a loved one. We met with [name removed]. She was professional and seemed trustworthy. She agreed to hold a $1500 check for the deposit on the room while we made up our minds and searched for a facility that took our loved one's insurance. She said she could hold it until Friday and as long as we called her the day before, she could refund the check considering our loved one was searching for a facility that took her insurance. We didn't sign any paperwork, but we had a verbal agreement. I called on Tues - [name removed] wasn't in. I called on Wed - [name removed] wasn't in. I called on Thursday - [name removed] wasn't in. Each one of those days, we left messages stating we were going with a different facility that took our loved one's insurance, so please do not cash the check. [name removed] cashed the check. No one told us. We finally reached [name removed] the following monday and she said: "That is a non-refundable move-in fee. You signed paperwork to that effect. And you're not getting

The best place to be for your loved one
This community calls me when there are any problems and it has been great working with them. They are very attentive and they watch my loved one more and they also provide more feedback on regards to my loved one. From my other experience I like how the staff are friendlier and more involved at this community. This community is also very clean and I like this. I am happy that there are not any terrible smells like I have experienced at other communicates. When a place looks clean and smells clean you feel better about leaving your loved one there.

couldn't ask for anything better, I would recommend the place to anyone
The staff members here get 10 stars, they are all incredible. The nurses and nurses assistants go way above and beyond their normal duties, we are so appreciative. When our loved one goes to activities we always get pictures so we can see what she has been doing.

Highly recommend
We chose The Pavillion because we loved that it is more of a quiet, rural setting. They really worked with us and got him a quiet room in the back. The staff members treat my dad and all of residents with so much respect, I cannot say enough good about them. My dad missed working so they were able to give him some jobs to do like grading papers and letting him teach an art class. I have eaten up here and the food is very good, they are chef prepared and made from scratch. They also do pet therapy twice a week and he really responds to that, it really set them apart from the other facilities that we looked at. I would highly recommend to others looking.

A Great Facility for Senior Living
The staff is really nice and friendly. They work with the family and the residents. If I call and need something and they don't know the answer, they'll find out and call me right back. Great staff - you can't beat 'em. They have nurses there 24/7. If there's a problem, they call me and ask for my opinion first to see if my loved one needs to go to the hospital. And my loved one likes the staff, which means a lot. Even during Covid, they've kept up safe activities, and they're doing games all the time.

We can not wait to move her in
My friend is going to be moving into this community soon. The community looked clean and the people we met were friendly and helpful. She is going to have a large room. This is a smaller community. They have assisted living on one side and a locked memory care unit on the other. We saw the food and it looked well balanced and good.

Beautiful community!
The community is almost brand new and the rooms are very nice. My loved one is enjoying the food. They have an amazing chef and the food is excellent. The activities center is wonderful. They take them on outings and are very attentive. The community has an in house beauty salon. The community needs a follow up process for difficult situations and the staff should be held accountable for mistakes and lack of communication.
