Located in a charming residential area less than a mile from Providence Town Center. A supportive living community for active older adults. We create vibrant communities where older adults can thrive and participate, know that their contributions are valued, and enjoy access to opportunities and support that help them keep making a positive difference in our world.
Total monthly costs depend on room type, select services, and the level of care needed.
*Prices quoted are monthly rental charges and are provided by the communities themselves. Actual prices may differ due to one-time fees, timing and care services required. Speak with your Senior Living Advisor to learn more.

We visited it in the temporary sales team trailer, before it was fully open. It seemed very nice being brand new, but the room layouts were very limited with only two types. Also, the cost seemed high.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
The interior of this relatively new property is beautiful with clean and spacious common areas. Exterior spaces are okay, but not particularly impressive. Views from resident apartments are not as attractive as other communities that I have visited. This community is slightly set back from a busy highway. Resident apartments, whether studio or one bedroom, are relatively small when considering the high monthly fee. Transportation is provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays for medical appointments. Transportation is somewhat limited for other matters. A physician is on-site every other Wednesday. On-site nursing is only available for 8 hours each day, but staff are seeking to expand those hours to 12 hours per day. Like other senior communities that I have toured, there is a 24-hour bistro, but unlike other senior communities, that bistro lacks snacks. Personal laundry service is available once per week for a monthly rate of $40/month. In the alternative, like other senior communities, there are free washers/dryers on each floor. Bed linen laundry service is provided at no extra cost (part of monthly rent). The fact that the infrastructure and services for residents are not as extensive (in terms of available hours/days or hours/week) as other communities coupled with the highest monthly rental rates that I have come across thus far, makes this property of less interest than other senior communities that I have toured.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
