At The Heritage of Green Hills, we provide a host of community amenities. Regular off-site experiences and outings are very popular with our residents. Animals such as dogs and cats are allowed in Independent living residences. Our location conveniently offers resident parking and guest parking.
Our Food & Beverage team prepares meals from scratch daily. Residents in all of our neighborhoods enjoy homemade food prepared by our professionally trained executive chef. Everything is made from scratch and family members/visitors are welcome! Menu options vary daily and change frequently. Residents are able to provide input on menu inclusions. Special diets are accommodated including vegetarian, low/no sodium, gluten free diets. All meals are served restaurant style and food is “made to order.”
Our exclusive Well By Design program provides an environment where residents can lead healthy, vibrant lifestyles. This body, mind, spirit philosophy focuses on 8 dimensions of wellness which enables residents to choose from many different kinds of programs. Independent living residents are very active with a variety of exercise classes including aquatic offerings in our all-season pool, lectures, art classes, woodworking, model railroad trains, veteran’s association, book club, and more. Organized trips take residents wherever they want to go. Personal Care/Memory Care residents take advantage of the same wellness program which is geared toward their abilities allowing them to thrive and live as independently as they are able.
Outdoor Common Areas
Outdoor common areas are designed with accessibility, flow, and movement for resident mobility. Our community grounds offers raised gardening beds available to residents during their leisure hours, an outside patio garden accessible to all residents, and an enclosed-courtyard to enhance recreation hours.
Indoor Common Areas
Residents have multiple options to spend time together in common areas and several quiet spots for reflection as well. A fully stocked resident-run library is available, along with fireside dining, a business center to surf the internet, areas to play games like pool, ping pong and various card games, and areas to spend time with family and friends.

Living Options and Amenities
Independent living apartments and villas range anywhere from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms with a den. Personal Care/Memory Care suites are available in a variety of sizes including 1 and 2-room suites. Phone, internet, cable, housekeeping, maintenance, personal trainer, utilities and much more are included in the monthly fee.
Available Amenities at The Heritage of Green Hills
All of our residents have access to our transportation services at a reasonable cost.
A full service salon is available on-site for any hair, nail or massage needs. Transportation to doctor appointments, the airport, or really anywhere residents need to go. Protestant services are held twice a month and transportation is provided to a local Catholic church every Sunday. In-house communion is also available for those who wish to remain on campus. Pet care assistance is also available to independent living residents.
Medical Care Services
Independent living residents are able to be seen right on campus by a primary care physician weekly. Additionally, a podiatrist, dermatologist, chiropractor, and audiologist see residents on site regularly. Blood work can be done on-site as well as physical and occupational therapy. A full time LPN and nurse aide are available to assist residents with medication reminders and basic assistance with activities of daily living. Personal Care/Memory Care residents take advantage of nursing staff available 24/7 as well as nurse aides. All medications are managed and administered in our Personal Care/Memory Care neighborhood. In addition, a primary care physician visits weekly. Physical and Occupational Therapy is also available. Personalized care plans are developed for every resident in Personal Care/Memory Care and is overseen by our Wellness Director. Staff are trained using our HearthFelt Connections memory care program to stimulate and enhance their lifestyle. Our Memory Care neighborhood is a secure environment and is intended for those will memory challenges and who are exit seeking.

Our property is licensed for 80 residents. We are home to residents age 55 and above.

There are shopping centers and beautiful parks located in the surrounding neighborhood. Our community is located near a college, and interaction with students who reside in the neighborhood is frequent.
