I have a family member in memory care. Each time I visit all of the patients look clean and neat. They have started some new activities for everyone and I am so glad to see this. They got to help make cookies and roll the dough a couple of weeks ago. That was so nice and they had so much fun. There is new management that seems to be really trying to make a difference and moving in the right direction. So glad to see this! Thank you for all you do!... Read more

When we moved my loved one into The Canopy at Warner Robins they were fully staffed with no issues. Within a week, one by one people started leaving. Before my loved one moved out there were only 2 ladies on the day shift that were working part time and they were the best ones there, the others were not the best. The weekends were especially hard and they brought in agency employees to try to help. Unfortunately since they were short staffed, that affected other areas of the facility and we were disappointed with the experience overall.
Our family had an in person tour and the facility was absolutely gorgeous but it was just to expensive for us.
The biggest issue we have had with The Canopy is responsiveness from the staff and overall communication. There was not a lot of direction on medications and how that all works. I think they could have done a better job with explaining everything up front and helping to assist to make things run smoother.
The Canopy is a beautiful place. It is very neat and clean. It's a breath of fresh air. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It seems as though everyone is happy to be there.

My aunt is living here. She has absolutely loved being here. It's always so clean and the staff seems to go above to make her comfortable. They have a social hour every afternoon that she has really enjoyed and kept her active and not just sitting around alone. Thank ya'll for being awesome.
I have trouble sometimes with communication and getting responses. They have a lot of activities always going on and things for the residents to pick from to do. Even thought my loved one does not participate there is a lot to do. I a m happy with this community and I would recommend. The first thing my loved one said is this is too fancy, it is a very pretty community and very elegant.

This was our first tour with an agency and it was IMPRESSIVE! the atmosphere of excellence, customer service of the employees, and the expression of JOY within the residents was a pleasure to see and experience. The Canopy has set the bar HIGH as we continue our search for "A Place for Mom" literally!
[name removed] forwarded the virtual tour which was nicely done. I received the actual details about facility via phone. Looking forward to seeing The Canopy in person.
