However, after she moved in, the entire staff had her best interests at heart and she actually smiled each time one of them entered her room. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] met all Mom's needs gently and kindly and made her last months comfortable and peaceful. Mom never appeared scared or upset whenever we visited and during COVID, the staff arranged for video conferences, which was over and above what we expected.
