Run don't walk away from this disaster. It was bad before the fire over 2 weeks ago, but now its a pile of rubble. Since April 6th we have been unable to get back into our apartments, and management has DOGGED every question and been very unavailable to assist residence who have ALL been displaced. We have NO where to LIVE and NO, and I mean NO information from this place on what is happening or when if ever we can go back home! Can anyone say Class Action Law suit?

I've lived here for 3 years. The neighborhood is wonderful; that's why I moved in here. The property is relatively clean and quiet. But there are about 300 apartments here, and only ONE maintenance man. Management is terrible and uncaring. I cannot wait to move out.

Even though the apartments were small, Southview is still an appealing place. I liked the two pools and the fitness center. I may not be able to live there, though, because of my pets -- a dog and a cat. Also, if they charge 1/3 of a person's income, it must be because the person is HUD qualified, which I am not, at least not until my condo is sold.

I was at this place a couple of weeks ago. There was no one there but one of the residents showed me around and I did get a brocher from the co.
