So many things to do from main street - theater to catch live performance or catch a movie. The lobby off main always has fun card games, karioki, just visiting with friends. Meals comes off of main with servers to help, with such good. Food all smile face.

Best Place Ever!!
This is the most beautiful and amazing place I have ever lived and I hope I will be able to live here for the rest of my days!! The food is fantastic, the service is outstanding, the management goes out of their way to help whenever needed. The staff is very friendly and the activities are fun and uplifting! There is a wonderful spirit here and I feel very safe and well taken care of! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Suggested additions to amenities
A jacuzzi/hot tub. It would be nice to visit a garden space and go grow vegetables and flowers. Need automatic sprinklers. A call box and gardener too.

Highly Recommended
The staff a South Jordan View Retirement Community, no matter the job, seem to know your name from the beginning, helping you to feel like you belong immediately. The food is outstanding and they will gladly take a family recipe and make it part of their menu if you talk to them. They have great entertainment on a frequent basis. If you have a need, they seem to be able to have a way in-house to take care of it. We are very happy here and would highly recommend it.

Resort with heart
Our recent experience here at the RCL South Jordan View Retirement Community has been an unexpected delight. They have worked hard to provide us with a a secure, friendly environment for both my husband, myself and our family members who visit us. They helped install shelves in two closets for us. It looks perfect.
The overall feeling from the administration is very pleasant and obliging. They welcome suggestions and remember our names and where we live. The other residents are equally friendly and enjoy visiting, going on fun and interesting field trips, and daily activities—art classes, physical fitness, games, puzzles, library, game tables etc. Sunday dinners too delicious to miss. Plus the regular meals are often excellent and provide individual options for dairy free, adjusting to accommodate those who have other food issues. We love being here and enjoying the clean, friendly atmosphere.

Here at the South Jordan View we have been here for a year and a half. It has been a very wonderful experience for us as a couple we’ve been married 61 years the residence and the people that run this establishment are very wonderful and take good care of us. I would recommend anyone to come and see what a wonderful place South Jordan View is.

So-so.
The biggest problem is the food. It has gone downhill in the time we have lived here. The management is less than ideal. We have monthly meetings to make suggestions, air grievances, etc. We have been told, “If you don’t like it…move! That is awful!! The folks who clean the rooms don’t do a very good job. We are afraid to complain, because we would be told to move. We have been told that we cannot have soda machines…”That comes from corporate”. However, we have been told that other RLC properties have them.

Good Report
I have been living at South Jordan View for over a year. Can’t say enough good about it. Washer and dryer dishwasher. Plenty of storage large rooms in my apartmen . A balcony, too. The food is delicious. 24 hours a day. Something is available but breakfast and dinner lunch are very very nice. Lots of activities, trips, card, games, and entertainment. It’s all good as far as I’m concerned come and join us.

All the staff are very nice and caring. The rooms are very comfortable, We love it here. Everyone is like. Family. Most of the time the food is good but I have a sensitive stomach. I can’t have tomatoes and onions. We love [name removed] and the team Thanks for fixing the ice cream machine.

Best place for family to be
The staff members at South Jordan have been so wonderful to work with and this community has everything we could possible need. We cannot say enough good things about the staff and the community as a whole. The social activities are just fantastic and family and friends are welcoming and highly encouraged to come and participate in the activities as well. They honestly show the residents genuine love and care. The community itself is just immaculate there is never anything out of place .

Not having to worry about maintenance, meals, utility bills is the best part ever. All is included - there is really nowhere for seniors to go that is better than this. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Would recommend South Jordan View definitely!

Feels like home
South Jordan View Feels like home from the moment you move in. It has a warm inviting atmosphere and everyone is very kind and welcoming at meal time, activities, etc. [name removed] the maintenance man is efficient, very knowledgeable, and capable and fixes whatever needs attention. The cooks and servers are pleasant, efficient and will make you feel at ease wand make your dining experience very pleasant. Our cooks will honor comments and suggestions residents make. In fact, there is a meeting where residents and kitchen staff get together and make suggestions for improvements which a lot of ideas have been implemented. We also have an extraordinary activity director who provides a great variety of games, field trips, musical entertainment, arts and crafts and other excursions of wide variety. To sum it up, my husband and I love it here. It is beautiful, comfortable, has good food (ice cream at anytime) and has become home to us plus a well-stocked chef's pantry that is available 24 hours a a day for residents. An added note - the servers carefully sanitize tables chairs and tableware is always fresh and clean.
