Pleased with a few improvements needed
It has new owners and some things have changed. The food is my Mom's biggest complaint. The medical person (the one that coordinates all the care) has been difficult to work with.
Most of the aides are great! The activities person is really good. Any time I'm had a concern the director is available and very helpful. I'd still choose this center

Opened in 2018, this beautiful upscale community is proud to offer assisted living and memory care services to residents. This community is conveniently located near The District — which boasts shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Other nearby attractions are easily accessible with nearby highway access.
At Anthology of South Jordan, residents receive high-quality personal care services designed to meet the needs of each individual without ever imposing on their freedoms. Skilled caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living, housekeeping, transportation, and more. The community also offers a state-of-the-art memory care wing for those with memory-related needs. Residents are served three meals through the anytime dining program, and dietary restrictions are easily accommodated. In between meals, residents are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities.
All residents begin and end their days in their private studio or one-bedroom apartment. These homes come equipped with a variety of amenities for safety and comfortable living. The days of laundry and housekeeping maintenance are long gone at Anthology of South Jordan.

Definitely recommended
I would definitely recommend Copper Creek Senior Living to others. The staff is great. The housekeepers do a good job of cleaning my mom's room. They do her laundry at least once a week. She gets her laundry back clean and folded. The staff check on her many times doing the day. They make sure that she is invited to all of the events. They truly care about the residents. They care about the family members as well. I am so grateful to Copper Creek for being able to provide my mom with the care that she needs.

A friendly living place
Copper Creek Senior Living place is the friendliest place that I have lived. The staff and residents are very friendly. The staff is helpful in caring for residents with special needs.. The kitchen does a wonderful job with soups and the rest of the menus. We have lived here for three months and are delighted with our choice.

We love the Copper Creek Senior Living community! The staff are very friendly. Sometimes it takes a while to have the aids respond when she needs something. Most of them are pretty good though. The biggest complaint is the food. She doesn't get enough green vegetables. My Mom says there's not much variety and it's not good. My Mom doesn't really play games. Most of the activities are games. Some variety would be nice. She does love the Friday ice cream social and entertainment. It is a good place. Still hard for her to be there. She's trying and trying to make some friends As a family we are REALLY grateful for the on-site physical therapy

My sibling picked the community, because it was closest to me. It's a beautiful community. The nursing staff just doesn't seem to be very cooperative or helpful. The only time you get a call from them is if something bad happened.

Our loved one had a brief experience there. We weren't' happy with the service she was getting in regards to her medications. That was my only big complaint.

My grandma lived here for 4 years and when they changed names and administration a year ago, it all went down hill. [Name removed] is arrogant and unwilling to admit shortcomings. The facility is beautiful but the staff turnover is incredible! they are not able to keep a nurse on staff and the neglect of my 98 yr old grandma has gotten so so bad that we had no other choice to move her. I have reached out to corporate over and over. I have left reviews and their response is a generic asking for me to reach out and I have SEVERAL times with no response. If you are looking for a move independent 55+ community then this place would be ok. If you need an assisted living place then go somewhere else.

We Love The Community
I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The overall community and amenities stand out to me, along with the staff. The staff are great to work with if I have any questions or concerns.
The food has not been consistent for the residents and there has been long waits. I believe the have had staffing issues in the dining room.

a friendly place
Right when you walk in, the community is very open, light and there is always someone there to greet you. You feel very welcomed right away and we would recommend this community to others. We like how our loved ones had a small kitchen in their apartment, it makes a big difference because it is more personable.

Our Tour Experience
Anthology just smelled different. It wasn't terrible, but it was a smell that definitely stayed with you. I think facility was nice. But I didn’t like the way staff were leaving there really quick. I'm not sure why there was so much turnaround of staff.

Highly recommend
We have had a great experience with Anthology of South Jordan. We chose this facility because of the convenient location to family and we really liked the staff after speaking with them on the tour. The staff members here are very friendly and helpful. She really enjoys the food and they are chef prepared meals. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Happy with our experience
We chose The Sherdian at South because it felt like less of a sale and more about the care. They also worked with us on the price which was nice. My dad is in a one bedroom and he has a kitchen, a walk in closet, and bathroom. The best part about the community so far has been the flexibility of the staff members. I would recommend.

it is well lit in the hallways and throughtout the buidling, The staff are very helpful and willing to go out of there way to accommodate you. The food was quite good and the menu offered a variety of food options. I would really recommend this community to other families. The activities were quite good as well. The staff would go get the residents and help them participate in the activities.

Overall, I was really impressed with The Sheridan at South Jordan. The staff were very friendly and the activities were good. My sister enjoyed the food. We chose the community because we really liked the staff and how happy they seemed to be. My sister was very happy with them as well.
