From what our loved one has told us, she seems to be very happy with the meals they serve. We have spoken with the activities director, and they keep the folks busy all the time, either play bingo, or outside creating different things. The value is reasonable, and half the price of a nursing home. A great deal for the money. We are very pleased with Runk and Pratt they have taken great care of our loved one.... Read more

My loved one had a particularly bad experience. I know not everybody here does. Because it's memory care, there are a lot of variables that are outside of everyone's control. But there are certain standards of care that should be met. Some staff members were very concerned about her well-being, and others were so unconcerned that they didn't report they had found her on the floor in the bathroom in the middle of the night (and she doesn't even walk). It wasn't reported to shift change or to our family. She didn't receive any sort of assessment after she was found, at least not anything that was reported. The fall was recorded in a book, but nobody knew anything about it. They finally did x-ray her hip about 12 hours later, and the femoral head was severed. I understand there are so many factors involved. It's memory care, and things happen. I just don't feel like their staff is well enough trained. And ultimately it's the patients who suffer the consequences. I think this is probably a better place for ambulatory people or those who aren't a fall risk.

The community does a great job with communication, if I have a concern they deal with it quickly and let me know when it's fixed. They have been creative with the way we are to visit making rooms with plexiglass and having outside tent visits in the summer. I would recommend this community to others.
We support R&P with the decisions that are being made during the covid.
Parents expressed how great the staff were in helping to make the visitation possible. Good job!
Great friendly staff!
I had a wonderful in person visit with my sister and cousin. Thank you so much!!!
Very nice facilities, professional staff.
I visit a resident [name removed]. Y'all do great. Thanks for keeping her and all the residents safe during this crazy covid time!
I think it is great to at least have the opportunity to visit my sister during this difficult time with covid! Everyone is always so cooperative and friendly when I have my visit! Great facility!!
Visiting our grandmother [name removed]. Always have a great visit. We feel she is well taken care of.
I know you are doing the best you can but for those of us on the outside looking in it is really very hard not to be able to touch our loved ones. I liked visiting in the IL closer to mom and less busy.
My mother has lived here on AL since May 2018. We are comfortable that she is safe aging in place.
Great employees. So willing to help. When I call and Nate answers you feel like he really cares and is always so very pleasant. The ladies that take care of mom treat her so kindly. Thank you.
Wonderful set up for visits during covid. Appreciate all you do during this time.
Enjoyed a good visit.
I am so happy to be able to visit safely!! Dad looks wonderful and seems happy.
