Response from Rosewood Village GreenbrierNovember 18, 2020
I had selected Rosewood for my Mom months before but could not convince her to even look at it. On April 26, she took a bad fall and broke her shoulder, she lives alone and could not care for herself. While in the hospital, there had to be decisions made on where she would go so I called Rosewood and the angels there were looking out for me. They were able to access her and get her in the very next day. God was looking out for me. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to have the guidance of Crystal and Beth to get me processed so quickly and how helpful all the staff has been to get Mom settled. Everyone who comes to see her is so impressed with the facilities and staff, they want to move in too. If I had to do it all over again, I would do the same and so thankful I found a place for my Mom to call HOME if even only for a short time.. I cannot say enough about the ladies she has taking care of her, they are kind, patient and loving. Treat her just like she was their Mom. Thank you Rosewood.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
From the outset, my first unannounced visit to Rosewood Village Greenbrier I had every confidence that it was the best place for my mother. During her time there that feeling has grown stronger with every visit. It seems that everyone on staff instantly knew everything about her. I have yet to run into anyone who didn't treat both of us like family. It has only been a couple of months, but her transition into the facility has been utterly seamless. I am now able to relax knowing that she is well cared for and safe as well as entertained and VERY well fed. Could NOT be happier.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
