I am very pleased with Robin's Nest. It feels like an at home setting, with people that care. I feel comfortable having my husband living there. I moved him from another facility that wasn't caring for him, in his best interest.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
So far so good. This home environment is well suited for my mom while the care appears to be excellent for her needs.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
I really liked them. Every time I saw my loved one, whether it was on Zoom or at a distance in person, she was always very happy and relaxed. I think what I liked best about Robin's Nest, especially during Covid, is that it was family style living. It was a small community, so they all got to eat dinner together. And I liked that family feel and atmosphere. Everyone got to feel included. There's really only a couple of staff that I directly communicated with, one was a nurse, and one was a nurse/CNA. Both were very direct and clear about what was going on with my loved one. They were very good at communicating any needs or recommendations, and letting me know if my loved one needed any supplies. It was a great comfort to me to have them there at the end and know that my loved one was well cared for, and also to have another resource to know what was gong on medically.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
