Parking is a major issue with these old people who think they are entitled to park where ever they want including parking over the line so they can have 2 spaces. also you have to love this one woman who has been parking in a handicap space when she is clearly not handicapped. big deal. she had '1' surgery. you can see her bringing in packages along with her purse and bags up 2 flights of stairs not holding onto the railing. there are many people here that are truly handicapped and they don't say a word and they park far away. so, the parking here needs to be revised as to who needs to be closest to the entrance/elevator. this is an extremely frustrating situation. so, i gave the care services a poor rating because of the parking situation. the activities are fair. there is an exercise room and a community room for anyone to use for entertaining, playing pool or just relaxing watching TV to perhaps get out of their apartment for a while. its a little pricey for the size of the apartments although it does include heat and water. also, each apartment has it's own washer and dryer. The building is immaculate and MOST people are friendly.
