Our <b>ratio of attention for the needs of our residents is unsurpassed</b> in the industry.<br> <br> Esther is a certified Chef from The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, in Boston, Ma., she personally does the cooking from scratch. I can assure you that with her skills and Mediterranean heritage all food is deliciously seasoned to fit all tastes and nutritionally balanced. We also work on special diets when medically prescribed.<br> <br> We believe eating is one of the great pleasures our Residents can and must enjoy at this stage of life.<br> <br> Strong and close relationships with family members of our Residents allow us to be guided on their special needs and preferences. Of course we also want and need to know what they dislike. We design personalized service plans, respecting and addressing family concerns.<br> <br> Mission Ridge offers large private and semi-private rooms. It is located on Plano, TEXAS, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.
