So far it is going good my mom but for the most part she is not liking the meals so much. But the staff for activities are super. The level of care is given by the staff is great. I don't get many calls from the staff, but they let me know of changes when I visit her, which I see her often. I would recommend them to my friends and family if it was neededReviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
There care services have been good for my loved one. The activities have been good. They recently started eating in the dining room again. The community helped my loved one organize a game of Scrabble with other residents.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
We were quite impressed with our tour of the facility. The dining tables were covered with cloth table cloths and cloth napkins. The staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Most importantly we were told that my dad would be taken care of as good or better than at home as the staff was knowledgeable about residents with Dementia/Alzheimer's disease. After dad became a resident, we didn't see the nice table coverings, the food was less than appetizing as it was almost always cold and the residents in Memory Care had to eat some of the food with their hands as the meat was not cut up. There were several times when we visited that dad was soaked with urine. The staff did not look in on him for hours at a time when we were visiting. He did not receive his prescribed antidepressants for 3 days in a row. My family and I complained twice that I know of in less than 2 weeks. Dad passed away on his 15th day at the facility. Maybe we expected too much from the staff and facility. I hope that our complaints didn't fall on deaf ears for the sake of the current and future residents.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
