Our visit was wonderful. [name removed] did a very good job answering our questions. She is definitely built for her job. We are going to try and place my mom here.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
The staff at Matthews of Neenah, dementia unit do a great job of taking care of their patients. While at times it seems they are a bit short staffed, reality is they do a wonderful job. The place is clean, accommodating and a place that gives family members a level of comfort knowing their loved ones are being cared for. [Removed] is amazing and does a great job of running the show. While my father has been a handful, they are doing their best and always communicating their plans for his care. It is very tough seeing your parent going through this illness, Matthews provides a high level of comfort to the family. Highly recommend Matthews of Neenah.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
