Fairly satisfied

They mean well and Mom is getting OK care, but we are used to more detail-oriented care, more activities, especially access to a shady garden area, so while the "value" is better than many of the more expensive sites, we think sometimes they mean well but are short-handed and too busy for the staff they have. We visit often and will volunteer to help get a garden going and we are hopeful that with time they will catch up with their good intentions. We are glad we found them for our Mom, overall.

At Nazareth Park Place Sacramento our highly trained team members are dedicated to enriching the lives of our resident's by offering AFFORDABLE care in a clean and safe environment. That means our Community spends it's money on the things that count: Highly trained employees, delicious food, a full-time Activity Director offering daily activities,, Shuttle Service, daily housekeeping, weekly linen and laundry service--all included in our basic rate. Shady Areas: We also offer two beautiful indoor courtyards where resident's can garden, sit in a shady tree-lined spot or simply relax with family and friends. We're glad your Mom is here! And we value constructive feedback.

Ted Brewster - Loved one of resident/client
Dad and dementia

Our Dad was recently diagnosed with Dementia after an operation that went bad. The discharge planner at the hospital tried to help us, but you just have to get out there and tour. It was really hard too--people in dementia places are not in their right minds any longer. We looked at 6 Memory Care places and chose Park Place because the staff really knew what to do and how to handle people like Dad. I'm relieved that Dad is being cared for, but miss his personality.

Putting resident's at the center of everything we do is what Nazareth Park Place is all about. Our interprofessional team works closely with our resident's and family members to ensure the best support so that we address the resident's preferences and goals. Our great care is essential for older adults who want to thrive, not just exist. We have helped so many families!

Heather - Toured community
Like no other!

I've toured just about everything available in the Sacramento-Rocklin CA area. Under new management with Meridian Senior Living, Legacy Oaks stands alone with the homey environment I wanted for my father suffering from MCI. Very cordial staff, dedicated management team and clinical properly managed. My search is over. Thank God for Legacy Oaks! I can feel better about my fathers day to day life and managed health care needs.
