They dropped my step-dad off at the ER without letting my mom know, because they could not handle him.

We were disappointed to read your review. Good communication between our residents, family members and our team is of utmost importance to us. If you feel comfortable, let's sit down together and talk about what happened. Scott Chamberlain, Executive Director
All my ratings are based prior to the pandemic. I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. Some activities available for residents are: exercise classes, movies, bingo, live bands, and bus rides around town. The food was enjoyed by my loved one. The residents are being served in their rooms.
