We entire staff from Autumn In Admissions to housekeeping has been great. My mother and entire family was against my mother living my house to move into Laurel Grove. Once they visited the community, met some of the people living here and seeing hope well maintain the community is kept all of them had a dramatic change. My mother's mobility and spirit has improved since moving into Laurel Grove. Be a part of a community and developing new friends has been a huge plus for her. I'm eternally for finding Laurel Grove and the support they provide my mother.
Clean, attractive, good sized apartments, appealing and bright common areas, attractive exterior and grounds. Warm staff.
[Name removed] was very helpful. The community was older and the price for a 2 bedroom cottage was out of our price range.
Everybody has been super, super nice and cooperative. The director knows my loved one by name, and they have hundreds of residents living there. Everyone has just been super helpful. Everything is kept really clean. They have a lot of activities posted. The food is the one downside. Every single day for a week, they gave potato chips as a side. From what I understand their chef quit, so they were kind of winging it. And they opted for a cold sandwich for dinner quite a bit. I think they're looking to replace the chef, it just hasn't happened yet.
They were good for our family. [name removed] was wonderful from the start. She was warm and insightful. [name removed] worked with us for our loved one. All the staff was sincere, wonderful, and caring. I would go back if we had too. They worked with us in every aspect. [name removed] was resourceful and understanding.
We chose Laurel Grove because they get 3 meals a day and a 2 snack sand they check in on her which gives me peace of mind. The apartment sizes here are a little on the smaller side. It is just a great place and I would recommend it.
If you are looking for independent living for your loved one, this would be a good place. The staff was great. My loved one's room was a nice size for the money. The food was very good and I was able to eat with my loved one on occasion. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need memory care, or assisted living.
You all have worked very hard to keep everyone safe. Thank you!
I had a very nice friendly tour. Information was abundant. Facility was very beautiful. Prices a bit high. And it’s only a Retirement center with no on site for assistance living. But you can pay for what services you might need medically down the road. It was very nice!
Did not like my tour, staff not very welcoming or friendly, and not very knowledgeable. Sales leader was absent.

Hello, thank you for your review. We regret you did not have a great experience in our community and are confident that this does not represent the entire community as a whole. We would love the opportunity for a second chance to show you how great our leadership is. Thank you
Mom liked this place as it was much newer and well kept. Still all of the walking etc. would be too much.
She loves it she is 96. She had church friends at facility. Since Laurel is Independent living assistance is al la cartel and extra cost. Her assistance at this time is minimal. When major changes take place we will take another look but all levels of care are presently represented at the facility. She is still receiving home health care for the broken hip she suffered this last time. Thank you for checking. [Name removed] sister if [name removed]
Every one is very helpful and very nice. I highly recommend this place.
Since my brother and sister-law have moved in it has truly changed their lives. They love everything about this amazing place. The staff is wonderful and the meals are amazing. We have seen a huge improvement in my brother-in-law’s health and have never seen him so happy. The facility is spotless and beautifully decorated and [name removed] is amazing along with the entire staff. I would recommend this beautiful facility to anyone. I strongly believe it changes a person’s quality of life in a very positive way.
Even though its advertised as independent living, they have on-site caregivers that make it possible for those who are not as independent to stay with services provide ala carte. The facility was nice with plenty of places for extra activities. The rooms are very nice. The staff seems very caring.
Mom is adjusting and making some friends. I would like to see her more involved with the activities and hopefully she will stop limiting herself as to what she can and cannot do. But I see progress over the five months.
My parents lived there for almost a year. The food was not good. The menu did not really cater to the older residents. Many, many complaints about the food. They had 3 different chefs in a 9 month period. Each one got progressively worse. Food is extremely important to older people. One of the really few pleasures left. Laurel Grove needs to put a real priority on creating a menu that gives more normal choices, does not cook the meat and food to death, serve the food hot, and get people who really know how to cook and take pride in cooking.
Loved this property and the fact there are Holiday properties all over the US, gram can visit one close to her and see if she is interested. We are very excited about this and hope it will be a good fit. The initial fee was a bit high but if [name removed] will work with us on that, I think we have a perfect place.
Lovely place and people. We enjoyed lunch with one of their embassator ladies. Nice apartments and fair prices. A little too far away for us.
Very nice, clean facility. Many options of things to do on the premises. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The residents we came across seemed happy and “at home”. We gave this property serious consideration for my dad.
