Our loved one has been very happy with Kingsley Shores thus far, from the moment she walked in she just said it felt like home. It was very welcoming and had good positive vibes to it. She was able to see the staff interacting with the residents, and for what she is paying they offer a lot of amenities. They have a wellness center with a pool which is huge. The staff and facility is just great and we have been very pleased.

Our family member is happy with Kingsley Shores. I would recommend it to other families.
Moving to Kingsley Shores has been really good for my family member. She has found companionship, and she likes how many activities there are to do. She likes the food mostly. And she likes her apartment. The staff has been really good. I would certainly recommend it to other families.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They do a great job considered they seem to be understaffed. Never worried about our loved ones safety or anything but they do need to hire more staff.

Excellent Choice
They're amazing! We love the people. The thing that we are the most pleased about is that everything is going smoothly - friendliness of the staff, the options our loved one has for activities and things (even though he's not using them all), cleanliness of the facility, the opportunities for us to come visit him. One area for improvement is the food. It's just not warm when it is delivered, but I imagine it's more impressive when served in the dining room. But overall, we are thrilled and could not be happier. We're very pleased with what we're getting for what we're paying. And most importantly, my dad is very happy and content. And that's exactly what we wanted for him.

Best place to put your mother or father if you have to.
It's well worth it. It' s a good place to go. They have great hospitality, and the facility is nice and clean, inside and out.

Everything that was promised has been delivered. It's a very nice place. My mom feels very at home and comfortable there, which is a huge part of it. I definitely recommend the apartments and the community.

A great place for mom
Facilities are excellent. great location. The staff have been very accommodating and overall very happy. Would certainty recommend. The meals are very good. The care services are good my father was on hospice there. They were good with him we just had to remind them about his medications from time to time.

Kingsley Place a Wonderful Place to Live Your Third or Fourth Chapter
It is a warm community with many opportunities. We look forward to socializing with other residents. Some of the activities are a warm water pool, games, book clubs, and more for the residents to choose from.

Easy Transition, Very Friendly and Helpful Staff
My loved ones recently moved in. It is to shops, the perfect size, and they have a lake right behind the community. My loved ones seem to really enjoy the food. They are in the independent living area. However, Kingsley Shores has all areas from indep. living to memory care.
They have a large workout area, and a pool.; this area is staffed.

Unfortunate Timing for Our Parents Due to COVID
The day to day staff is great, the administration is ok. The food was amazing.
It is a nice property. My parents had a great view and the largest apartments on property.
The woman who dealt with invoicing, and nursing was poor to respond to my loved ones questions and concerns. My loved ones had to escalate the questions and concerns to get any questions answered.
The cleaning staff was a quick cleaning, and seemed to only vacuum. I'm not sure if this was because of COVID.
The maintenance team was excellent.
The RAs were kind and loving.
My parents were only there for five months. I would recommend this community to others. Due to COVID-my parents didn't get to do any of the activities, or meet other residents during their Stay.

The surroundings of the community were very pleasant and homelike. For us, we were in a difficult situation in that my husband went to the community on hospice. I chose it because, at the time, they were able to accommodate us and had the availability. The staff were very good.

When I called to confirm I don’t think they had my tour scheduled which was ok cause the lady was great. I asked if there is independent 2 bedrooms available and she thought there was. I get there and a waiting list of over 50 ppl. Couldn’t see a unit but for the tour of the building. Nice but I would not have went had I known there were no openings. Not the setting for my dad either. Amenities are great but felt like a nursing home And I understand he is 85 but he totally is not ready for that setting
