Everything that was promised has been delivered. It's a very nice place. My mom feels very at home and comfortable there, which is a huge part of it. I definitely recommend the apartments and the community.
Facilities are excellent. great location. The staff have been very accommodating and overall very happy. Would certainty recommend. The meals are very good. The care services are good my father was on hospice there. They were good with him we just had to remind them about his medications from time to time.
It is a warm community with many opportunities. We look forward to socializing with other residents. Some of the activities are a warm water pool, games, book clubs, and more for the residents to choose from.
Communication is good and they have lots of activities available for the residents to participated in. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
Spoke to [name removed]. 7 day min for respite. Works with LTC ins. Will chk back in 2 weeks to schedule tour. $25.00+ per day
My loved ones recently moved in. It is to shops, the perfect size, and they have a lake right behind the community. My loved ones seem to really enjoy the food. They are in the independent living area. However, Kingsley Shores has all areas from indep. living to memory care. They have a large workout area, and a pool.; this area is staffed.
The day to day staff is great, the administration is ok. The food was amazing. It is a nice property. My parents had a great view and the largest apartments on property. The woman who dealt with invoicing, and nursing was poor to respond to my loved ones questions and concerns. My loved ones had to escalate the questions and concerns to get any questions answered. The cleaning staff was a quick cleaning, and seemed to only vacuum. I'm not sure if this was because of COVID. The maintenance team was excellent. The RAs were kind and loving. My parents were only there for five months. I would recommend this community to others. Due to COVID-my parents didn't get to do any of the activities, or meet other residents during their Stay.
The surroundings of the community were very pleasant and homelike. For us, we were in a difficult situation in that my husband went to the community on hospice. I chose it because, at the time, they were able to accommodate us and had the availability. The staff were very good.
When I called to confirm I don’t think they had my tour scheduled which was ok cause the lady was great. I asked if there is independent 2 bedrooms available and she thought there was. I get there and a waiting list of over 50 ppl. Couldn’t see a unit but for the tour of the building. Nice but I would not have went had I known there were no openings. Not the setting for my dad either. Amenities are great but felt like a nursing home And I understand he is 85 but he totally is not ready for that setting
Very nice place closest to us but I don't see any availability of 2 bedroom assisted living space currently.
Friendly, clean. Not disappointing. Really nice staff. Have not taken part in activities and privacy has been respected.
My parents are well at this community. They are safe, and being cared for well. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. The community is well-kept, they do a great job with the cleanliness. Everything is working out very well for us at this community.
An unfortunate fall had us looking for an immediate opening. The we lucked out that Kingsley happened to have an opening! The staff have been absolutely wonderful and so helpful through a difficult transition. On site medical care, great food, a welcoming atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff await anyone at Kingsley. We are impressed that staff always calls my mother by name and they seem to always recognize all of us (family) by name as well when we visit. It is kind of like a big family at Kingsley and we enjoy our visits as well. Kingsley is a bit smaller than other senior living communities out there, thus the "family" feel. It feels like "home" compared to others we have looked at. We definitely picked the right place for my Mom to recoup and recently she has been talking of staying permanently! (A relief for family) The staff keeps family updated on happenings at Kingsley that we may want to be involved in and keeps us abreast of any physical needs/medical needs that my mom may need. I cannot say enough good about our experience with Kingsley. We feel that my mom is enjoying life again and is safe and well cared for with any needed resources at her fingertips.
We have yet to move in although our place is ready. We've been to tour the community and it is a top notch place rated 2 in the state. While touring we were able to enjoy a meal and the food was very good! We are super excited about the move!
I think that overall all of the staff members were very friendly; especially with helping us find what services we needed for my loved one and also with being accommodating to all of her needs as well.
The activities are a hit and miss, She has not had any issues with the facility.
The move in process was so easy. Ann went out of her way to help us and welcome us and our mom to the community.
A mishap happened between my loved one and one of the services which was a pretty big deal, but I brought it to their attention and they immediately followed through with correcting the situation and I thought it was very commendable.
We had a unique situation and they've been able to help us with it. My dad was very sick and they brought him back around and they are very on top of things. They bring everything to our attention and inform us well.
