Sometimes it takes forever to get to her and sometimes the food is cold. One time last week she never got her meal.\nThey're also supposed to come in and clean her room once a week or so, but they don't do a very good job. They haven't been vacuuming; they kind of do a dry mop on a hardwood floor, which just pushes the dust and crumbs around. They haven't actually vacuumed the carpet. I was going to bring in my own vacuum and do it myself. They gave an excuse of their vacuum not working very well, and it being too expensive to purchase a new vacuum. The cleaning and food delivery services are not that great. Other than that, the people have been very nice and it has been good other than those two things.\n\nThe place as a whole, I think, is very clean. The move in was great as well.
