At the Home of the Good Shepherd we offer our residents superior professional care in a warm and inviting assisted living environment. Our size allows us to treat each person as an individual, meeting their own particular needs and encouraging them to remain active and involved with their lives....

This place over promises and under delivers on a number of fronts. Very short staffed and poor / negative management make for a stressful living environment for my mother. With such high turnover, the continuity of care is inconsistent. If you do not live close and cannot check in on your parent, do not leave him/her there. The direct caregivers have hearts of gold and score high on friendly. The management not so friendly or warm.

We really liked the community. However, there was a waiting list and they called after we committed to another community already.
