Great Family Breakfast
Families had a great time sharing breakfast with their loved ones. Pancakes, bacon, and eggs were served along with coffee and juices. The staff, as usual, were attentive to us all. I enjoy the activities that Hitchcock Square provide for the people staying there.

Hitchcock Square, a Navion Senior Solutions community, offers premier assisted living and memory care in a cozy environment. No complaints!
My aunt is a temporary patient at Hitchcock Square. She invited me over to have pancakes with her at breakfast and to visit. When I arrived I was greeted by the friendly staff. The food was very good. The facility was very clean and cozy. Even though it was cold outside it was very warm and comfortable inside. As I looked around, I couldn't help but notice that all the patients who were in the dining room were happy. The staff was very attuned to the patients who were dining in the dining room. All things considered it was a good experience.

Our Experience
Hitchcock Place was not a good fit for my Dad. Not sure it is good for anyone. There some nice people that work there, however, the care is dismal at best. Meds are given whenever they see fit-very inconsistently. Many of the staff do not make sure they are taken. We paid to have him on a 2 hour watch when he wasn't doing well but that didn't happen. The food was not appetizing and often cold. I ended up spending most of my days and many nights there, so I moved him to my home and he has done well. Most of the people doing the care did their best, there was just not enough staff to do the job effectively.

Great Place and Staff
Lovely place to feel welcomed and comfortable. My Mom is very happy and the staff is great. My mom has been living here for the past few months, and they offer a wide range of care services, so there are options for every level of care.

Great facility I've visited plenty and this one is top notch
Very well kept, caregiver are very involved and kind to residents. Definitely worth having loved ones reside her. I have worked at many communities over the years and this one has been the best one I've worked at. I can see the residents truly value and take pride of this facility. Feels very homey

Great Location
I spend multiple days a week there volunteering. The staff has always been welcoming and kind to me. The residents seem to enjoy it and they love the food! It’s clean, spacious, and a great place for your loved ones! I would highly recommend!

Best Place Ever

Very Happy!
Hitchcock Square as been an answered prayer, for my mother in law. She is getting the extra care she needs and she still has some of her independence. Is everything always perfect? No!!! But the staff is always on top of any issues that arises.

Very Happy!
I have no complaints and we've been very happy. My aunt has been here for about a year and a half, and we've been nothing but pleased! Hitchcock Square has a great atmosphere. My aunt loves it here, and it has taken a huge weight off my shoulders.

Comforting & Reassuring
When my sibling and I initially met with [name removed] and toured the facility, they were comforted in knowing the facility would provide the care our parents needed. The staff who cares for them are awesome! They guinuely care for the residents. The staff keeps me well informed of my parents condition. They are responsive to requests and concerns, too.

Our experience with Hitchcock Place
My father was a resident at Hitchcock Place. Overall, our experience was okay. Most all of the staff at this facility was kind, caring and attentive. However, their medication system is very outdated and subject to mistakes. It is not a good place for someone that needs 24 hour contact.

What a web we weave….
From the outside, Hitchcock Place may seem like the ideal “place for mom” when in fact it is the complete opposite. I would not recommend Hitchcock Place to anyone who genuinely wants what’s best for their loved ones. Only a select few staff members have the compassion it takes to be caregivers.

Comforting!
This has been a great experience for my loved ones and family. The staff have been great to work with, they are patient, and had to act quickly when they had to evacuate the building and move the residents to another location. I had another family member meet my loved ones at this other location, and my loved one that met the staff at the new location was very impressed by the staff.
The staff communication is very good with the family if something comes up with concerns about my loved ones' care or anything going on in the community.
My loved ones really enjoy the food. The chef is very good. I believe, the residents have choices of meals.
There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in.

The staff are wonderful. Anytime I need to get a message to her or she needs help with her laptop they go up to her room and take of it for her. This is an excellent place to take your mom or your dad to. I have no complaints at all.

This community is very clean and the staff have been very friendly and helpful! They do offer a variety of really nice activities. We really like the layout of our loved ones room, there is a small area for a living room, a kitchen, and a bedroom.

Good experience
We chose Hitchcock Place because of the level of care that they provided, it was higher than some others we looked into. The room sizes are very good. The meals are chef prepared and residents get a menu, but there is not a large selection. Overall everything is going good and we would recommend to others looking.
