About the community Heritage Lane Behavioral Assisted Living

Heritage Lane is a family-run community, and we think of our residents as an extension of the family - treating everyone with respect, love, and dignity. We believe in coordinated team care for you or your loved one and believe family involvement is paramount. The owners and staff work together in creating a unique, personalized, and structured care plan for each of our residents, and looking after the most vulnerable of our community members.

Our Community

Unlike a lot of other assisted living communities, we are located right in the thick of it all, within a block of shopping, leisure, and recreational options. We take advantage of our location by offering frequent day trips and excursions as safety allows. Our facility was renovated in 2008 to update for our residents’ comfort. We have an on-site beauty salon, activities room, and gathering areas.

Our seniors enjoy prepared meals as part of their daily routine - we employ local culinary workers to make healthy food options that benefit an active lifestyle.

Medical Care

We understand the needs of our clients who require Assisted Living. Our staff are trained to provide round-the-clock care should the need arise. Heritage...

Top Notch Mental Health Assisted Living

First hand experience with this organization has proven to me and my family they know how to care for complex medical conditions and behavioral issues. The staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Great Behavioral Home

I very much like Heritage Lane Behavioral Assisted Living. Their specialty is behavioral issues and the staff is wonderful. All the psychiatrists and psychologists are patient. Everybody seems to be very happy working there. They like coming to work and interacting with the residents. I can't say enough about this place. They work in a positive manner. They have different age groups there, and my brother is more comfortable there. All their rooms are private rooms.

Great Facility

My brother has lived here almost 7 years. It can be extremely difficult to find an appropriate residence for a seriously mentally ill family member, where they feel safe and comfortable. This facility provides onsite medical and psychiatric care, as well as specially trained caregivers. Our family knows the owners and staff very well. We are included in my brother's staffings and feel our voices are heard. Thank you Heritage Lane.

Heritage Lane Review

We have a family member who has resided at Heritage Lane for approximately a year. The entire staff has always been very helpful in answering any questions and assisting us promptly with any concerns. We reside in another state so we have to oversee the care of our loved one from afar. We did visit the facility recently and were very impressed with the environment. It is attractive and clean and there is a lovely area outside to sit and enjoy. It’s very comforting to know that our relative is being cared for properly and with the best intentions.

Awesome facility

I have a family member who is staying at heritage, they have been in other facilities before. But Heritage is by far the best one. They are on top of my brothers activities and are very concerned with his safety. While being there he has been able to do several activities where in the other places this was not an option. Some of the activities include going to a Diamond Backs game, going to the movies, taking them to Walmart each week. They also get to help choose what is on the menu. The staff is very friendly and cares about the needs of their residents. They have also been very helpful whenever I have a question or a concern. They respond to my e-mails and I feel like I can communicate better then any other place my brother has been.

Worst place ever

This is the worst place ever!!! Do not take your loved ones there. Bed sores, [removed], the staff is rude, Don’t let them fool you they talk nice until your family member is there then it becomes a different story, None of the staff knows what is going on there, [removed]This place makes cutbacks constantly. The worst Assisted Living Facility I have ever seen. The food is terrible, place smells, and the STAFF and OWNERS are HORRIBLE.

Response from Heritage Lane Behavioral Assisted Living

March 19, 2018

Mr. [redacted], As a behavioral assisted living community, family involvement is paramount. We understand living across the country made your participation non-existent. This is not our desire and creates situations where information is relayed from one side only. As a behavioral community, that one-sided flow can become distorted quite rapidly. We would have hoped for your participation the many times we reached out to you. We believe in coordinated team care as a keystone of individual resident success and family is a major piece of that team. The community is family run and the relationships are disclosed in the Resident Agreement. If you ever need a copy of the agreement your family signed, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Many of our families love that we are a family run business; that we are not corporate governed or financed. We have excellent ratings within the Arizona Healthcare System as well as within the local community and if you would like, we can direct you on where to review such information.
